For every kind of lifting machine you may produce, safety is the most important factor. Whether we are talking about rope or chain lifting, the first concern is to prevent accidents caused by a load exceeding dangerously the nominal load of the machine.
CELMI srl presents the load limiter LL300, that can let you work with no worries. Here are some technical features: redundant system with two independent inputs for load cells, according to category 3 standard, EN 13849 -1:2008, PL d (corresponding to SIL 2, EN62061); load limiter with double security; alarm for load cell malfunctioning or power failure, mounting on DIN rail, 4-digit red led service display; supply from 10 to 30 Vcc.
